Welcome to the official website of David R Hagen, PhD candidate, MIT. I am a biological engineer, computer programmer, and statistician. Currently, I develop methods to improve computational modeling and experimental design techniques. These are applied to improve our understanding of cancer pathways, though I maintain an interest in synthetic biology as well.
